Carl Ferguson clearly enjoy what he does. His clients get a kick out of him riding up on his Harley, looking like he's been just enjoying the breeze and the thrill of a ride. Nothing could probably be further from the truth. Carl is one of those individuals who rarely press their "off" switch. Carl is a master at juggling his team, developing workable plans for his customers, arranging for large equipment to be the at the job site, and most of all, an amateur weatherman. He's high energy, goal-oriented,  intensely focused on his business, and yet personable and compassionate. 

Carl Ferguson has spent the majority of his professional career in "the tree business". It's his passion for this field that has held his interest and sparked him to further his career by becoming a licensed arborist. As an arborist, Carl  seeks to reconcile the needs and concerns of his customers to the impact, liability and constraints of the trees on their property. Carl will assess your trees and provide an effective tree management and maintenance plan to safeguard you against property damage or possible future liability claims.

We are often told that our customers most appreciate Carl's ability to listen carefully to their concerns. In the tree business, there is not a true "right or wrong" when it comes to developing a plan for a tree. Carl strives to develop a "preferred" plan in conjunction with the customer's timeframe, budget, and priorities to create the "right for the customer" plan. 

Carl tailors each plan not only to the actual tree situation but also to the customer's concerns. We are the first to admit that trees can be big, scary, and have the potential to significantly damage person and property. One of our repeat customers has quite a few very tall trees surrounding her house. When Carl came to her property initially to assess the situation for the potential for tree damage should a storm occur, he first listened to her concerns. She admitted to hiding in her closet during storm events when she thought a tree could come through the roof. Although Carl thoroughly assessed the health of the trees and their likelihood of falling on her house, and determined the risk to be very small, he asked her, "Which trees here scare you?" From that point they discussed each tree together and why he had determined each particular tree to be safe. Carl firmly believes in keeping trees that don't pose a potential problem as long as the customer can feel safe with the plan. It's this genuine concern for the customer's safety, budget, and peace of mind that sets us apart.
